Terms of Service

⚠️ Payments & Refunds

Due to the nature of audio engineering services and the studio time invested, no refunds will be issued once the work has started. Every project requires a non-refundable 50% upfront deposit. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before the delivery of the final master files.

1. Mixing and Mastering Services

  • The client agrees to provide correctly consolidated audio files (Stems) starting from zero (0:00) with no master bus processing.
  • The service includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Any revision requested after this limit will be subject to an additional fee.
  • GottiGxng will deliver high-resolution MP3 and WAV (24-bit) files, fully optimized to meet current streaming platform LUFS standards.
  • Projects that remain inactive for more than 30 days without client response will be considered completed and abandoned.

2. Custom Production (Ghost Production)

  • Custom production involves creating an exclusive instrumental based on the client's references or acapellas.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GottiGxng transfers full exclusive commercial rights of the final sound master to the client upon receipt of the 100% payment.
  • The client is free to register the song in Content ID systems (YouTube, Spotify, etc.) once the project balance is settled.
  • Mandatory production credit must be included in the track metadata: "Produced by GottiGxng".

3. Storage & File Archiving

  • GottiGxng will keep a backup of the Mix and Master sessions for 3 months following the final delivery date.
  • It is the absolute responsibility of the client to download and safely backup the final files once the delivery links are sent.
